The fix rolled out by Microsoft has gone into affect in all regions. All services have recovered.

Microsoft has stated that their engineering teams have rolled out a fix to all affected regions. Internal telemetry and customer reports suggests that the error rate for dependent services is rapidly decreasing.

Microsoft has identified that they are experiencing issues with their authentication tokens. Due to this, users trying to log into the platform via Office365 authentication method may receive an error that their profile was not found. This is an issue with Microsoft and no current ETA resolution has been posted.

Users currently logged into the platform will be unaffected.

We will monitor this issue and post further updates as information becomes available.
