Our third-party service provider restored services starting at 8:30pm AST. We have confirmed service is coming back online. We expect all queued phishing simulations to be delivered over the next few hours. We will provide a further update on Saturday.

We are investigating a work around for the disruption caused by our third-party service provider. We will be implementing a change this evening to try and resolve the current outage.

We are currently experiencing an outage with one of our third-party service providers that is impacting our ability to deliver phishing simulations. Simulations are being queued for sending , but are not currently being delivered due to the outage.
