We have identified an issue impacting our PhishForward service, in particular with the emails reported via the forwarding mechanism. Emails reported via our PhishForward button are unaffected. The issue is causing forwarded emails to be temporarily queued instead of being processed by the platform. A fix has been developed and tested and will be deployed to all customers tonight. We appreciate your patience, and will provide an update once the fix has been fully deployed.
