An issue has been identified where the Analyst ML has not been properly scanning emails since June 30th. The issue has been corrected and additional monitoring will be put in place to prevent the same issue from happening in the future.
In the meantime, emails that were not properly scanned will be re-scanned. This is so the ML results can properly be analyzed and trigger all rules and snippets that should have originally fired. Users and Phishforward target addresses may get a second response email from these emails, however they will contain the correct snippets.
This does not affect the accurate reporting of phishing simulations.
